Mission - The mission of the Spartan Baseball Academy LLC is to train young men and women in the principles of integrity, honor, ethics, respect and discipline using the sport of baseball/softball and athletic training as the learning environment.

Vision - The vision of the SBA is to grow the organization into a multi-team operation for baseball and softball players from the ages of 9 to 18 utilizing a common foundational structure of behavioral principles and skill development techniques and training. Over time this will assist young men and women with achieving their personal athletic and life goals.

Values - The SBA values the principles of integrity, honor, ethics, respect and discipline. These values are best exhibited in "Team" concepts and goals. The individual by nature of performing their role within the "team" creates success for the group. These concepts are utilized throughout one's life in family, work and social settings, thus valuable lessons to learn as a pre-teen or teenager for their adult life as a positive citizen in our society.
